Your EP starts work for you even before they arrive on a visit- they will have checked that the Joint Agreement Form is returned and contains all the required information. They will also have read all the information that you have shared about the child and used this information to help them choose what assessments might work best, building on the understanding that you already have of the pupil. Where there is permission, they may have also contacted other agencies involved with the child to make sure that do not duplicate work.
