Learning & Wellbeing Psychology are looking to recruit Maingrade Educational Psychologists, based in Warwickshire.
Learning & Wellbeing Psychology is a Community Interest Company (CIC), providing educational psychology services to schools and multi-academy trusts. As a CIC, Learning & Wellbeing Psychology is committed to working in a way that is ethical and effective, placing the communities in which we work at the centre of all of our decisions. Learning & Wellbeing Psychology is guided by our 5 values; connection, professionalism, creativity, empowerment and community. Being a workers' co-operative means that we are an educational psychology service that is led by educational psychologists and guided by educational psychologists.
As a Maingrade Educational Psychologist, you will be fundamental in developing the Learning & Wellbeing Psychology community through providing services to link schools, supporting these schools to build capacity and meet the needs of their children, young people and families.
Alongside school services, you will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver training, products and packages within the company, working in collaboration with other Learning & Wellbeing Psychology colleagues.
Learning & Wellbeing Psychology does not complete any Statutory Assessments as part of the Education, Health and Care Plan process.
